How To Host An Online Meeting Or Presentation – With Teamviewer
The Easy Way:
- Go To www.teamviewer.com
- Download and install full version of Teamviewer, and install it.
- Click on the meeting tab when Teamviewer opens.
- Spontaneous ONLINE meetings require that you Click on presentation icon and your meeting will begin .
- Open whatever you would like to present during the meeting.
- To invite participants click on the invite icon in the Teamviewer panel.
- A template email with link will be generated with unique meeting icon which you send to participants.
- Send link to all participants and a they need to run the file.
- When invite participant clicks on link they will be automatically added .
- After they run the file the participant will be added, seeing your screen.
- Use the chat, HD Audio and Video Call features to collaborate with participants.
- Meetings can be recorded and shared with those who could not attend.
